      Where is my data stored?

      This article provides information with regards to where Licenseware stores client data uploaded to the platform.

      Licenseware is a SaaS app hosted in AWS in the Frankfurt region (Germany, Europe). All data is held on AWS and Azure servers and is persistent until specifically deleted by the user or until specifically requested by the user/client to be removed.

      Exceptions
