Activating the Assessment
To begin, ensure you are operating within the correct project, as assessments are allocated at the project level. Once confirmed, navigate to the SAS application.

From the SAS dashboard, locate the ITAM Maturity Assessment and click "Learn more".

Proceed by selecting "Take the test".
You will then be directed to a Stripe Checkout screen.

If you have already purchased the assessment, please contact your Licenseware representative to have the assessment allocated to your current project.

If you have not yet purchased the assessment, you can complete the purchase directly via Stripe, or alternatively, reach out to your preferred software reseller or Licenseware for procurement options.
Collaboration
Within the "Questions" tab, you can collaborate with colleagues in two distinct ways:
1. Full Access Collaboration

Click the three-dot menu next to the assessment title and select "Invite".

Enter the collaborator’s email address. They will receive an email invitation and must:

Register an account (if not already done)

Verify their account

Switch to the relevant project

Access the assessment via the SAS application

2. Specific Question Access

For targeted collaboration, use the "Invite Collaborators" option beneath the specific question.

Enter the recipient’s email and include a short message to provide context.

The invited user will also need to:

Register and verify their account

Change to the relevant project

Access the assessment via the SAS application

Completing the Assessment
Answer each question thoroughly and thoughtfully, reflecting your organization’s current policies, procedures, and practices to ensure accurate reporting.
⚠️ Note: All questions must be completed before the final reports can be generated.
If any questions are left unanswered, they will be flagged in the Reports tab for your review and completion.
