Request Support, Apps, Integrations and Features
Licenseware allows you to request new capabilities directly from the platform—whether that’s support for a new data source, custom reporting, API access, or a new application. This guide outlines how to make each type of request and what you can expect in return.
Request Support
For any issues, guidance, or general platform help, support is available through the following methods:
- Use NEO Support
If using NEO and the response isn’t sufficient, you can escalate to live chat with a human agent directly within the chat window.

Click the headphone icon in the top-right of the screen to open the Support Request form.

Request a New Data Source (Uploader)
If you’re working with a data format or tool that isn’t currently supported, you can request a new uploader directly within the platform.
To request a new uploader:

Go to the Uploaders section.

Click the “Request new Uploader” card.

Submit the relevant details, including the data source/tool name.
📌 Note: We’ll require sample data to evaluate compatibility. Once validated, our team will confirm if the data meets the ingestion requirements and begin building the uploader accordingly.
Request an API Integration
If you want to push or pull data via API (e.g. automate uploads, extract results, or integrate with third-party systems), you can request an API integration.
Follow the same steps as for uploaders:

Go to the Uploaders section.

Click “Request new Uploader.”

In your request, specify:

That it’s an API request

The purpose (e.g., “Push JSON data from CMDB” or “Extract ELP results”)

Required endpoints (if known)

Authentication method (if relevant)

API documentation or specs (if available)

📌 Note: We’ll review and confirm if it can be supported via our public or scoped API. Custom integrations may be scoped as paid features depending on complexity.
Request a New Application
If you need functionality not currently available in the platform, you can request a new application module.
To submit a new app request:

Navigate to the Apps section.

Click the “Request new App” button.

Provide the application name, purpose, and any relevant background.
📌 All app requests are logged and reviewed. We may choose to build based on demand and available capacity.

Request a Report or Other Custom Requirement
For report modifications, additional analysis outputs, or any other requests:

Follow the same Support Request flow as above.

Clearly outline your requirement, intended use, and any supporting context (e.g. data source, use case).
Our team will assess feasibility and respond with next steps or follow-up questions.
