Ask NEO how to use Licenseware

NEO Support answers questions about using Licenseware: how to do something, where to find something, or what a report shows. It reads this help site. The product it can talk about is the app you are signed into (app.licenseware.io, us.licenseware.io or au.licenseware.io).
