NEO Insights (Contracts)

The Insights skill allows NEO to analyze your PDF contracts uploaded into LCM to automatically generate full risk assessments, market standard benchmarks and negotiation playbooks

NEO Insights transforms the way you interact with legal agreements. It moves beyond simple data extraction to provide a deep, expert-level analysis of your contracts, identifying risks, benchmarking commercial terms, and providing actionable negotiation advice.

This skill allows NEO to access and analyze the contracts you manage within your Licenseware projects, delivering a comprehensive strategic brief in minutes. This turns days of manual legal review into an immediate, data-driven advantage.

Overview

Each report includes:

  • Analyzed Documents – Master Agreements, Addenda, Order Forms, etc.

  • Linked Policies – References to external terms (e.g. EULA, Privacy Policy).

  • Analysis Date & Scope – Confirms when and what was reviewed.


Key Information at a Glance

A summary table outlining essential contract details:

  • Contract term and renewal

  • Termination rights

  • Liability caps

  • Governing law

  • DPA or GDPR coverage

Use this section for a quick understanding of the contract’s structure.


Executive Summary

A high-level view of the contract’s overall risk profile, strategic implications, and dominant themes.
Ideal for senior stakeholders needing a quick snapshot of exposure and priorities.

 

Benchmarking & Risk Scoring

Clauses are compared against market standards and assigned color-coded risk levels (High / Medium / Low).
Each entry includes:

  • Vendor’s position

  • Market benchmark

  • Recommended improvements

This helps identify negotiation leverage points.

 

Section Summaries

Contract Intelligence – Highlights operational, legal, and financial risks (e.g. audit rights, liability).
Compliance Review – Flags GDPR, export, and anti-bribery gaps.
