Language Support

Licenseware supports multilingual data across several apps. Learn which applications are language-independent and how to ensure correct processing for language-dependent tools.

Licenseware supports multiple languages, but compatibility depends on the application and the format of the processed data.

The following applications can process data in any language, as they are not dependent on language-specific terms:

  • NEO

  • Software Inventory Manager (SIM)

  • Entitlements & Contracts Manager (ECM)

  • Infrastructure Mapper (IFMP)

  • Oracle Java Deployment Manager (OJDM)

  • Oracle Database Manager (ODBM)

  • Oracle Middleware Manager (OMWM)

The Licenseware platform interface is available in English, but it can be easily translated at the browser level using tools like Google Translate.

For applications not listed above, data should ideally be in English to ensure accurate software recognition and license mapping. That said, Licenseware regularly processes raw data in German, Spanish, Indian regional languages, and Japanese without issue.
