Proactivanet

API

Proactivanet is an API integration. Connect it before you export a file. If you can’t, export its CSV reports for MDM as shown at the end of this page.

Create credentials in Proactivanet

Create an API token in Proactivanet with read access to inventory.

Connect in Licenseware

Section titled “Connect in Licenseware”
  1. Open Datasources from the sidebar and click Proactivanet.
  2. Click Connect. Documentation is at the top right of the source page.
  3. Fill the required fields. Each one is marked with *.
    • Tenant URL. The placeholder is https://yourcompany.proactivanet.com.
    • API Token
  4. Verify connection and Save credentials stay disabled until every required field is filled. Click Verify connection first, then Save credentials.

If you can’t connect

  1. From the Proactivanet main screen go to Assets.

  2. Then click Reporting.

  3. Expand the Specific listings folder.

  4. Expand the PCDBI folder.

  5. Click on the below reports and export them as CSV:

—> 2. Proactivanet Software Inventory

—> 3. Proactivanet Installed Software
