OpenAI
OpenAI is an API integration. It brings in “OpenAI API platform members, their seats, when each last used an API key, their API usage and the costs per project, synced through the Admin API.”
It feeds License and Contracts Manager and Software Inventory Manager, and its seats, usage and spend show in the AI Usage and SaaS Seats reports. In the reports this shows as OpenAI API platform. That puts the cost of the tool, and the seats nobody uses, next to the rest of your software.
Connect it
Section titled “Connect it”In Datasources, open OpenAI and enter its Admin API Key.
