Licenseware Free and Paid Plans

Licenseware offers both free and paid usage plans to support a wide range of users—from evaluators and small teams to enterprise and service provider environments.

The free plan allows:

  • Unlimited data uploads across all applications

  • Full access to app functionality

  • Reports with limited visibility (up to 10 rows per table)

The NEO app is fully free, with no feature restrictions.

For users who need unrestricted report access, custom features, or broader data visibility, a paid plan is required. There is no time limit on the free plan, making it ideal for exploring the platform at your own pace.

Contracts & Payments Overview

Licenseware offers flexible licensing models tailored to both end users and service providers. Our contract types and payment options are designed to support different usage patterns—from single assessments to unlimited enterprise-wide use.


Contract Types

Subscription (End Users & Service Providers)

Grants a defined number of users unrestricted access to specified applications:

  • Unlimited data and analysis runs within the subscription period for the scoped product and asset count

  • Default term is 12 months, but custom terms can be negotiated

  • Ideal for organizations conducting ongoing internal license management or optimization

  • Determined based on the number of relevant assets based on the product scope. E.g. Oracle Database Manager is based on the total number of Oracle Databases.

Unlimited External Subscription (Service Providers Only)

Enables service providers to offer unlimited access to clients:

  • Unlimited projects, users, and data for a defined customer base

  • Valid for the full subscription period (typically 12 months)

  • These contracts are custom-negotiated based on scope

Custom Agreements (All Customers)

We recognize that not all organizations fit into standard commercial models. If your use case requires something different, we are happy to discuss and build a contract that aligns with your needs.

Pay-As-You-Go (End Users & Service Providers)

This model charges based on the volume of data analysed (e.g. number of devices, servers, databases, or instances).

  • You can pay before analysis via quotation or after via automated billing at the end of each month, based on usage.

  • Once analysed, you retain access to the data, reports, and project results indefinitely, or until the project is deleted.

  • Pricing is app-specific. The following table outlines Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) for Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) usage:
