Edit License, with Renewal Notice Days under Status

Add saves the license. To load licenses in bulk, use the LCM - Template on Datasources. See Contracts.

On the Licenses tab, open the row menu and click Edit. You can also edit a license from the Licenses card on its contract. Either way it opens the same form, Edit License.

When you upload a contract with Extract with NEO, NEO proposes the licenses it finds. They are created when you accept them and click Save changes. See Review the licenses.

Click the license name.

The header shows the name and a ⋮ menu. The summary includes STATUS, TYPE, DATASOURCE (for example User Input), ENTITLED QTY, PERIOD and FROM CONTRACT.

The license page also has its own documents: “No documents yet. Upload one to get started.” and Upload documents. See Documents.
