Change password

You can reset your password from the sign-in page if you’ve forgotten it, or change it from Settings once you’re signed in.

1. On the sign-in page, for example app.licenseware.io, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address you registered with and click Send Email.
3. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

1. Open the profile menu at the bottom left of the sidebar, then Settings.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Under Security Settings, where it says “Enter your password to access security settings.”, enter your current password in Password and click Unlock Security Settings. If you sign in through an identity provider such as Google, click Re-authenticate with it instead.
4. Under Password, enter your new password and click Change password.
